Segment 1

Kenneth Conner of Enon, Ohio is the Facebook friend of the day.
Fifth annuel Fireworks Challenge, Augie and Tom the Treeman will be
participating.
Fabrizi bought $1,000 worht of fireworks, Bubba will be out of town,
so he won’t be able to do a battle show like he normally does.

Segment 2

Bubba adices Twenty-five and Tara to get their tires worked on.

Segment 3

Bubba said that “East bound and Down” is coming back for a 4th season,
he then said his iPhone is locked up.
Janie Cakes never stays with Bubba; he wonders if that should be taken
as a hint.
Bubba wants to send Janie Cakes and his girlfriend to a day spa,
proposes a show spa day.

Segment 4

Bubba said they’ve got a bunch of food at the show today Mike’s Pizza
stopped by to drop off sme food.
Emails: Jimmy Nobody’s friend asked for a birthday wish, Casey the
pool cleaner isn’t for Twenty-five, listener expresses graditude for
fire fighters, combat vet didn’t like the way Bubba handle the veteran
from yesterday’s show, and a listener claims Zedo from Zedo and Garret
called Bubba Sandusky.
Bubba explains that he has sympathy for veterans who have been
mistreated, he thinks being called Sandusky is an insult to call
another man; he said he’ll wait to hear the tape.

Segment 5

Kevin Hayslett in studio.
John, the Ft. Meyers board op came on, Bubba wants to kick Zedo’s ass
for calling him Sandusky on air, he wants to hear the tape.
Red light cams are garbage can cases, Bubba isn’t sure how winnable
the situation is, Kevin explains how the red light camera got started.
Brent said that the police comition in California voted 5-0 to take
the red light cameras down.
Caller Todd asked if a pti (Pre trial intervention) stays on your
record, Kevin said that he does a bunch of them, because of the show,
they have a separate office just for expungements.
Caller Katie had $5,000 taken from her business, she asked the chain
of events, Kevin explained an unauthorized withdrawl.
Ned’s load – “50 Shades of white Trash”.
Caller Scott had an accident a few weeks ago, the cops smelled beer on
him, he blew a .052, he’s been aske to take a dui class. Kevin
explained what happens with the breath test, you’ll get arrested
regardless.
Caller Gordon talked about a lease agreement he has, Bubba had a hard
time understanding the guy’s accent, Gordon got Eviled.
Caller was at a football game, one of the guys was showboating,
someone in the audience got hurt, Kevin said it’s “Assumption of
risk”.
Caller Steve on protection was arrested, went through the pit program
and got the charges taken care of, Kevin sad in this guy’s case, he
could get it down to two counts.
Caller Dawn said her son is autistic, the teacher physically abused
him, Kein said he has people who handle claims like this all the time.
Caller Billy described what he had to drink a few nights ago, he got
stopped on his bike, Bubb told the guy to hurry it up.
Caller Al asked about suspended sentences with a criminal background,
Kevin explained it.Email about the hillsborough County school board.

Segment 6

Bubba said they’ll do the pre-interview portion, followed by a Carl
Harris produced promo for the event.
Bubba got a little freaked out when he stood up, he thought he saw
Kevin hayslett, it was a cut out.
Tara went over a gift basket the girls of Kevin’s office gave to Ned.
Augie and tom the Treeman in studio, Augie said he’s about 340, he was
able to fit in Bubba’s racesuit.
Tom the Treeman apologized for being a dick to Tara, bubba thinks
anything augie does is under the guys of being a dick.
Bubba said that each guy will have a lighter, they won’t aim at each
other until both are lit.
Tom said the last year was the worst he got burnt up.
Bubba asked for the guys to be very aggressive.
Augie is locked in for “Saw 3”, tom will know if he can go once his
boss is back.
Bubba thinks the Leech challenge was the worst one they ever did to
him. (March 04 2010).
Tom told augie to just take what he’s going to get.
Tom and augie will each have 8,000 fireworks attached to them.
Augie asked for a scale to weigh himself, Bubba said he’s 338.
Bubba said that Augie, Tuddle and Tom will be doing “Saw 3”, wonders
where D-Ball is, then says he knows why Lasker won’t return their
calls.

Bubba went oer the breakdown as to what Packman spent.

Bubba wondered what it ment when a guy forces his wife to shoot him.

Segment 7

Bubba plugged Pyro Junky fireworks, as well as Miller Lite.
Caller Gian thinks the guy made his wife pull the trigger to make her
feel guilty.
Female caller thinks it’s to get money, and make it look like a sucide.
Brent said that would be forced assistant suicide, and the insurance
company will not pay.
Jason on protection said he was going to say the same thing.
Bubba and Brent did a situation where bubba was a crazy man asking
Brent to shoot him.
Caller Jessey thinks if you can cause a struggle with the cause of
death you could get payed out, some companies will allow suicide to be
a payout.
Caller Chris said he’s an insurance agent, if you’ve established
yourself after 2 years and you off yourself they’ll pay it.
Caller Tommy, a retired cop said he never saw a life insurance policy
not pay out after suicide.
Bubba decided to ride the show out with the fireworks.Call
Er Chris said no insurance policy will pay during the comition of a
felony or an act of war.
Caller Luis from DC said our Veterans are not treated properly he
thanked Cynthia for her work on “Dangerous conversation” (“2100
Hours”, every final Wednesday of the month where Veterans speak about
their experiences).
Caller Brett wished the guys a happy Fourth.

Segment 8

The Manson 9:40 segment – “Steve Diaco song”, originally aired June 26, 2009.
Bubba and the guys were live from outside, augie and tom each had
8,000 fireworks on them, Bubba thanked the guys for putting it
altogether.
Tara said this was the first time she’s seen this, Bubba thinks Tom’s
firesuit is burnt, he then told the guys how to do the stunt, he then
asked for the guys to put the microphones on the grass.
The fireworks went off, Augie went first, followed by Tom, Bubba
thinks a few didn’t go off, Tara got a little freaked out when bubba
was throwing fireworks.
Bubba came into the studio saying “Wow” a few times, he thinks they
were pulling ribs with Treeman, Twenty-five thinks Augie is burnt
worst than Treeman
